Deposit

If you decide to proceed and book Free Beer for your event, a deposit is necessary to reserve the date for you. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to another date.

Confirmation

We will give you a call usually 4-7 days from the big day to go through the music, first dance selection and anything else that may need to be discussed.

On the Night

For weddings, Free Beer will arrive at your venue at 20:30. Other times can be arranged for dinner dances, parties etc. When the Function Manager gives us the green light to set up, we will start setting up. This usually takes 30-40 minutes.

Payment

The outstanding balance has to be paid on the night.

DJ Service

Free Beer do not provide a DJ but we would be more than happy to recommend some DJs for when we finish playing.
